Position: Finance Controller 

Location: Riga

What you will be doing:

• Prepare management and financial reports within set deadlines and with the required quality.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing processes and in the preparation of financial statements.
• Review and analyze the company’s financial performance indicators.
• Work closely with the Business Navigation Manager on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with other departments across the company to support the achievement of business goals.
• Improve financial processes and tools.
• Review and implement financial control procedures.
• Maintain and enhance monthly reporting for business units.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial standards and policies.

Why we will love you:

• University degree in finance, accounting, financial or business management.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or Financial Analyst in an international company.
• Ability to plan, analyze, draw conclusions, and present findings.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to work with large volumes of data and analyze results.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and financial information using various methods and BI tools.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent spoken and written Latvian and English (proficiency in English is required to enhance the company's operational efficiency, facilitate and improve international communication, and ensure the ability to successfully operate in the global market).
